Please check your email promptly after making your payment.
2. SMS Notification: If you provided a mobile phone number, we will also send you a text message confirming that your payment was successful and providing your order number, allowing you to easily check and track your order at any time.

Common Payment Issues and Solutions
During the payment process, you may encounter minor issues. Below is a list of common problems and their corresponding solutions to help you resolve them quickly:
1. Payment failed, but funds have been deducted from your account. Solution: Please do not attempt to pay again; the deducted funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment account within 1–3 business days. You may also take a screenshot of your transaction records and contact Customer Service to verify the payment status; we will assist you in resolving the issue.
2. The payment page fails to load or is unresponsive. Please check your internet connection first, then refresh the page and try again.
3. Payment was declined by your bank or payment service provider. This may be due to insufficient account balance, an expired card, exceeding your payment limit, or bank restrictions on online payments. Solution: Please first check your account balance, card expiration date, and payment limits. If the issue persists, you may contact your bank or payment service provider for inquiries, or select an alternative payment method to complete your transaction.
4. After payment, the order status still displays "Unpaid." This may be due to network latency or system synchronization issues; please wait 5–10 minutes, then refresh the order page to check the status again. If the status remains unchanged, please contact Customer Service with your Order Number and payment transaction records; we will verify the details and update your order status accordingly.

Refunds and Cancellations
