We are UK Furniture Manufacture, a furniture retailer registered and operating in the United Kingdom. We sell furniture products including sofas, mattresses, nightstands, shoe cabinets, and outdoor furniture through our online store.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1 All prices displayed on the Website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4.3 We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa.

4.4 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We do not offer credit or payment plans unless otherwise stated.

5. ORDER PROCESS

5.1 Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5.3 A binding contract between us is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

6. DELIVERY

6.1 We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom mainland.

6.2 Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your specific location.

6.3 We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. 

6.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and accessible. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Process: To request a return, please contact us via [email: info@ukfurnituremanufacture.store or phone: +441215722918] to obtain a "Return Authorization Number" (RA Number). Please ensure this RA Number is clearly marked on the return package.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you may do so provided the request is made within the return period and the item is in stock. You must follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you wish to make an exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the new item to you; however, you may be responsible for any price difference between the original and replacement items or any additional shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (and confirm it meets our return criteria), we will process your refund within 1–3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase; the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider and may require additional processing time.

8. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS (CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015)

8.1 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the following statutory rights:

(a) Right to reject faulty goods: If goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you have the right to reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

(b) Right to repair or replacement: If goods develop a fault within 6 months of delivery, you have the right to request a repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible or disproportionate, you may request a full refund.

(c) Right to a price reduction: If repair or replacement is not possible, you may request a reduction in the price paid.

8.2 These statutory rights are in addition to, and not affected by, any voluntary returns policy we may offer.

9. CANCELLATION RIGHTS (CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2013)

9.1 If you have purchased goods through the Website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

9.2 To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., by email to info@ukfurnituremanufacture.store or by post to the address in Section 1). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

9.3 You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

9.4 We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have a complaint or dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly and amicably.

12.2 Under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015, we are required to inform you of any ADR entity we are willing to use to resolve disputes.

12.3 We are not currently obligated to use, and have not committed to use, any ADR entity to resolve disputes. However, we are committed to resolving any complaints fairly and promptly. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may wish to seek assistance from:

12.5 Nothing in this Section limits your right to take legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.

13. GOVERNING LAW

13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

14.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

14.2 Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
