At UK Furniture Manufacture, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent delivery for all orders.

Shipping Location
This delivery policy applies exclusively to orders placed within the United Kingdom (covering England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, but excluding UK Overseas Territories).

Shipping Fees
All orders qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase (orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day).

Shipping Duration
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your specific location.

Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Greenwich Mean Time) will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day (orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the following business day).

Our Delivery Partners
We partner with Royal Mail, DPD, and UPS. We automatically select the best courier based on your location and order details.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a courier tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the courier's system. (Note: Some Royal Mail services offer SMS notifications, provided a mobile number has been registered in advance.)

Undelivered Items
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us via our official customer service email or online support channel. We will investigate the matter and provide you with an update within 24 hours.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal of delivery, an unreachable phone number, or an incorrect/incomplete delivery address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for covering additional shipping and handling fees for redelivery (the exact amount will be based on the actual charges levied by the logistics provider).
Please note that couriers may temporarily hold packages for a limited period (retention periods vary slightly between different couriers); if the package remains uncollected, it will eventually be returned to us.

Lost Package Resolution Process
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will immediately initiate a lost package investigation with our courier partner. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer you one of the following two options:
A replacement item (subject to product availability; if stock is insufficient, this will automatically be converted to a full refund); OR a full refund (refunds will be issued to the original payment method; the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the processing times of your payment platform and bank).
The above resolution methods comply with the relevant provisions of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Delays Beyond Our Control
We accept no liability for delays that are beyond our reasonable control.
Although we strive to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:
Severe weather conditions (natural disasters such as heavy rain, heavy snow, strong winds, floods, etc.);
Industrial action within the logistics sector (strikes, service suspensions, etc.);
Transport disruptions (road closures, flight delays/cancellations, rail service suspensions, etc.);
Customs or security clearance delays (applicable only to cross-border orders);
Periods of high seasonal demand (e.g., peak holiday seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.);
Public health-related control measures.
In such instances, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed of the delay and provide updates on your delivery status via email or other appropriate channels. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

Significant Delivery Delays
If a significant delivery delay occurs (exceeding 7 business days), we will proactively contact you as soon as possible. Where applicable, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund.

Changing the Delivery Address
If you need to modify the delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team within one hour of placing the order. Please note that once an order has been dispatched (i.e., a courier tracking number has been generated), we are unable to change the delivery address. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Incorrect Address
If your order is returned because the address you provided at checkout was incorrect, incomplete, or erroneous, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to reship the order. Alternatively, we will process a full refund for you (excluding any shipping-related fees).

Order Changes
If you wish to modify your order (including exchanging items, adjusting quantities, canceling the order, etc.), please call our official customer service hotline within two hours of placing your order. After this two-hour window has elapsed, the order will enter our warehouse processing workflow, and no further changes can be made.
